Before we get into the application of Faith in your fitness journey, you must first understand the basic concept of Faith and how to develop it. Faith is the belief in something without without proof. It is a state of mind that can be developed through repetition and repeated instruction to your subconscious. Repeating your goals and vision to your subconscious is the only known way to develop Faith. Any plan, idea, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought. This is why writing down a clear statement, memorizing it, and repeating it aloud daily until it is ingrained into your subconscious. Before continuing, do you have a plan? Have you written it down and is it clear and concise? If you want to achieve true success and the object of your dreams, we STRONGLY suggest writing a very descriptive account of what you plane to accomplish and how you plan to accomplish it.
